General Camp Info

Lunch:

You can bring a bagged lunch and store it in the camp refrigerators. Chips, candy, and drinks for sale.

Camp Bank:

Instead of leaving cash unattended, you can bring a check or cash with you for the camp bank. Our staffers will store it and track the credit your camper will use.

Discounts:

Employees of the University of Hartford, campers who are attending with a sibling or campers attending both camp sessions qualify for a discounted rate. Contact Matt Mihalich at OTFbasketballcamp@gmail.com for your promo code prior to completing online registration.

Register by May 19th at 11:59PM EST and receive a $25 early bird discount!

Paperwork:

Please fill out and submit paperwork as early as possible. Be advised that the medical form requires a doctor’s signature. On Monday, June 17th for Camp 1 and Monday, August 5th for Camp 2, registration will open as early as 7:30am, and completing your paperwork early will expedite that process. Should your camper require medication, there is a specific form for campers bringing medication.

Refund Policy:

Upon registration, you are making a $100 non-refundable deposit. For refunds, you’ll be given a prorated credit based on the number of camp days you miss. Online convenience fees are non-refundable.
